Berkeley Point Capital Provides Invesco Bridge Financing as Part of $250M Acquisition Facility for KKR and Carter-Haston

Berkeley Point Capital, together with their Bridge lending partner, Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, recently provided $31.5 million acquisition financing for The Heyward, a 260-unit luxury mid-rise apartment community completed in 2018 and located in Charleston, SC. This is the first asset acquired as part of a $250 million dollar acquisition facility for KKR and Carter-Haston

Berkeley Point's production team, led by Bill Mott in the Firm’s Bethesda office, was able to facilitate the loan for KKR, a leading global investment firm, and Carter-Haston, a private fund management and property management firm focused on the acquisition, management and sale of multifamily communities located in the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest United States.
