Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following three lease transactions totaling 29,202 square feet of new and renewed retail space in North Carolina.
Lease Transactions
Spirit Halloween Superstore leased 24,280 square feet of retail space in the former Michael’s store in Arlington Plaza located at 600 Southeast Greenville Boulevard in Greenville, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the property include PetSmart, Staples, Dollar Tree and T-Mobile.
Members Credit Union leased 1,415 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Bi-Lo Shopping Center located at 3333 North Main Street in Hope Mills, NC. Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include Surge Trampoline Park.
Lease Renewal
Snap Fitness renewed its lease for 3,507 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Renaissance Square located at 11159 Davinci Drive in Davidson, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Renaissance Square include: Harris Teeter, Subway, Edward Jones, DiMaggio’s Pizza, Chong Chin Chinese Restaurant and Bravo Dance Studio.
