In my last article regarding Bank of America (BAC), I explained why its stock can go much higher due to strong growth in its Consumer and Digital Banking segments. These gains, along with the positive effects of US Tax Reform, will allow BAC to continue raising its dividend and share buybacks far into the future.
But Bank of America also has three other important operating segments that investors cannot ignore. And while it has not performed as well as the consumer side of the business, it has shown strong improvement and promise as the global economy continues to grow. Loans especially have ticked upwards even as the Federal Reserve continues to raise interest rates. The success of these segments will be consequential to the sustained growth of Bank of America. In this article, I will be analyzing each of the other operating segments of BAC.
