Liberty Property Trust has finalized a new, long-term lease with Koops, Inc. at Brookfield South Business Park (25 Brookfield Oaks Drive) in Mauldin, SC. When the tenant moves into the 45,600 square foot location in late June, the 90,000 square foot building will be fully occupied.
Liberty’s four buildings in the park, totaling 320,400 square feet, also reached 100% occupancy with the Koops, Inc. lease.
“We are very pleased with the leasing activity in the Greenville-Spartanburg market thus far in 2018, and we anticipate strong activity in our portfolio for the remainder of the year.” said Massie Flippin, vice president and market officer for Liberty in the Mid-Atlantic.

Brookfield Business Park is conveniently located near I-385 and I-85, southeast of the city of Greenville.
