Pollack Shores Real Estate Group closed on its latest luxury multifamily project this week at 107 Brigade Street in Charleston, South Carolina. Design is currently underway on a 231-unit apartment community located in Charleston’s trendy North Morrison (NoMo) neighborhood. The new community is expected to open in July 2019.
