Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has finalized two new leases and a renewal in its Charlotte portfolio for a total of 96,115 square feet of space.

“Charlotte is continuing to see significant industrial demand from a broad range of companies and industries,” said Bryan Blythe, vice president of leasing and development at Liberty. “We are seeing it with our new development projects and in our existing portfolio, and we believe this trend will continue throughout the year.”

At Crosspoint Center, The Sygma Network, Inc. signed a long-term lease for 44,000 square feet at

2701 Hutchison McDonald Road and has plans to move into the space this coming fall. The space is an expansion for SYGMA at Crosspoint Center, as they already occupy 199,200 square feet at

2730 Hutchison McDonald Road. Spencer Yorke of JLL represented the tenant.

Renewing its 12,000 square foot long-term lease at Crosspoint Center was Pilkington North America, Inc., which has been at the location since 2003. The tenant was represented by Drew Coholan of JLL.

SnapAV signed a long-term lease for 40,115 square feet at 5033 Sirona Drive at Shopton Ridge Business Park. The tenant, which was represented by Jordan Quinn and Jim Thorp at JLL, will move into the space this summer.

Liberty was represented in all three transactions by Bryan Blythe.
