CBRE has been appointed to market 1,808 acres of land with approximately four miles of Catawba River frontage in York County, South Carolina. Located within 20 miles of Charlotte’s central business district and eight miles from Rock Hill, the property’s potential future uses include a residential development, a master-planned mixed-use community or a personal recreational investment.
