Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions totaling 5,400 square feet of retail space in North Carolina.

Lease Transactions

Novant Medical Group leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harper Hill Commons located at 5049 Country Club Road in Winston-Salem, NC. Novant Health will occupy the former Fastmed Urgent Care location. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Harris Teeter, Papa John’s, Score More Sports, Mac and Nelli’s, and Oakes Veterinary Clinic.

Buckley Enterprises leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Kmart Plaza located at 1187 Russ Avenue in Waynesville, NC. Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The tobacco and electronic cigarettes retailer joins other tenants in the shopping center, including: Kmart, Little Caesar’s, Blimpie, H&R Block, and Tweety Nails.
