The company was recently ranked the No. 35 real estate firm in the U.S. in sales volume, according to RISMedia’s 30th Annual Power Broker Report. In addition, the annual REAL Trends 500 survey ranked the firm No. 36 on its list of the top U.S. residential sellers by volume.

Significant 2017 sales in the region included a $3.1 million home on 276 Laurel Park Road in Blowing Rock, a $2.69 million residence on 9128 Island Point Road in Charlotte, a $2.4 million residence on 806 Brockman Road in Greer, South Carolina, a $2.27 million home on 30 Windswept Drive in Asheville and a $2.25 million estate on 9044 Island Point Road in Charlotte.
