
Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following two transactions totaling 42,402 square feet of retail space in North Carolina.
Lease Transactions
Surge Trampoline Park leased 42,315 square feet of retail space in the former Bi-Lo supermarket located at 333 North Main Street in Hope Mills, NC. DRE’s Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include the DMV and Allstate Insurance.
State Employee Credit Union leased 87 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza for an automated teller machine (ATM) located at 2907 Providence Road in Charlotte. Charles Neil and Hutch Farris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Chipotle, Aqua Tots, Fresh Chef Kitchen, Poppy’s Bagels & More, The Little Gym and Massage Envy.
