Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following four transactions totaling 9,230 square feet of sold and renewed leased commercial space in North Carolina.

Sales Transaction

Pavilion Development Company purchased 0.69 acres of land and a 1,495-square-foot building, located at 4565 South Boulevard in Charlotte from 4565 South Boulevard, LLC for $650,000. DRE’s Charles Neil brokered the sale on behalf of the buyer. The property was purchased for the development of a freestanding, single-tenant building.

Lease Renewals

Flywheel Sports renewed its lease for 4,565 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza located at 2907 Providence Road in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Providence Plaza include: Chipotle, Aqua Tots, Fresh Chef Kitchen, Poppy’s Bagels & More, The Little Gym and Massage Envy.

Weight Watchers of North America renewed itslease for 1,770 square feetof retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Patterson Place located at3511 Witherspoon Boulevard in Durham, NC. Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Patterson Plaza include: Petsmart, Total Wine, DSW, Music & Arts and Panera Bread.

Shear Madness renewed its lease for 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managedAlexander Pointe located at 850 Jake Alexander Boulevard West in Salisbury, NC. Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Alexander Pointe include: Harris Teeter, Novant and The UPS Store.
