Mr. Pulitzer has significant experience advising private and public companies in mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises and valuation and strategic assignments. He has completed over 25 transactions in his career across multiple Industrial sector verticals, including: Packaging, Transportation & Logistics, Infrastructure, Automotive, Chemicals, Paper and Business & Industrial Services.

Prior to BlackArch, Mr. Pulitzer was a Vice President in the middle market advisory practice at Lazard. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Pulitzer was with Jefferies LLC in the Industrials Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Pulitzer earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University where he received a BA in political science. He holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in corporate finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
