(Nasdaq:ARGS), an immuno-oncology company focused on the development and commercialization of individualized immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases based on the Arcelis® technology platform, today announced that it entered into a note purchase agreement for the sale of a secured convertible promissory note in the principal amount of $6,000,000 to Pharmstandard International S.A. in a private placement. The sale of the Note is expected to close on June 21, 2017, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions.
