Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following lease in North Carolina totaling 2,618 square feet of expanded and renewed retail space.

Nails and Spa expanded its space by 1,353 square feet and renewed its lease of 1,265 square feetof retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Patterson Place located at 3603 Witherspoon Boulevard in Durham, North Carolina.

Other tenants in the Divaris-leased and -managed shopping center include: Panera Bread, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sherwin Williams, DSW, Total Wine, AC Moore, Music & Arts, SalonCentric and Menchies. DRE’s Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the negotiations.
