Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced that Coastal Equities has hired DRE to lease Ahoskie Commons located at 1474 Memorial Drive East in Ahoskie, North Carolina.

George Fox of DRE’s Virginia Beach office will be in charge of leasing available retail space in the 193,427-square-foot community center.

Anchored by Food Lion, Belk and Tractor Supply, Ahoskie Commons is the busiest and most popular shopping venue in the Northeastern North Carolina region. Additional national tenants include: Cato Fashions, Cato Plus, Verizon, Subway, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and US Cellular.

Tractor Supply has leased half of a former Walmart store leaving up to 53,000 square feet available for lease. Small shop space of approximately 1,200 square feet is also available, as well as one outparcel that is for lease or sale.
