Crescent Communities today announced Scott Widener has been promoted to the role of President, Single Family. Widener previously served as Executive Vice President, Fielding Homes, the company’s homebuilding arm established in 2016.

In his new role, Widener will assume responsibility for the Single Family business unit’s performance and growth, including identifying and closing new single family acquisitions as well as the continued expansion of Fielding Homes. Andrew Carmody has resigned.
