Marshall joined Five Points Capital in 2014 having previously worked at American Capital, a publicly-traded Business Development Company, in its Dallas office. Prior to joining American Capital, Marshall was an investment banker for J.P. Morgan in New York, focusing on M&A and financings for large cap, diversified industrial businesses. Marshall has a BS in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
