Delta Apparel Files $150 Million Universal Shelf Registration Statement

GREENVILLE, S.C., Nov. 23, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Delta Apparel, Inc. (NYSE MKT:DLA) today announced that it has filed a $150 million universal shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Under the shelf registration, upon being declared effective by the SEC, the Company may offer and sell, from time to time, up to $150 million of a variety of its securities over the next three years, which may consist of common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants or units consisting of any of the foregoing.
