Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, announced today that they have been contracted to manage multiple new business and residential associations which encompass a wide array of property types and regional locations.

AMS has been contracted to manage the property owners association for Brookfield Corporate Center - a Class A office park in Greenville, S.C., along with the homeowners associations for Conservancy at Waxhaw Creek - a development of 200 homes in Waxhaw; Sanctuary at Tryon - a 58-lot mountain resort community in Tryon; the Lismore Community of 56 homes in Matthews; Colonial Arms Condominiums in the Myers Park community; Ideal Way Townhomes in South End; and Grandin Condominiums at Wesley Heights in Charlotte.
