CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Red Classic, a transportation, logistics and fleet maintenance subsidiary of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, has been awarded with two 2016 Top Workplace honors by the Charlotte Observer.
The company was awarded as a top workplace in the midsize category for the second year in a row. Additionally, Ron Drogan, President of Red Classic, was named with the midsize company leadership award for the first time.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered byWorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured such as Alignment, Execution, and Connection.
