8/29/16

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that, in alignment with its continued growth in the Charlotte market, the law firm has relocated from the Bank of America Corporate Center to the Hearst Tower.

The firm will occupy 35,322 square feet of the Hearst Tower, which can accommodate nearly 100 attorneys and staff members. Bradley’s new Charlotte address is 214 North Tryon Street, Suite 3700.

"Our office is growing at an impressive rate. Ten attorneys have joined us since January, including Corby Anderson,Chris Lam, Ted Pearce, Matthew DeAntonio, and Jonathan Schulz from Nexsen Pruet. While the Corporate Center space served our needs quite well, we are excited to settle into our new and more efficient home in the Hearst Tower,” stated Charlotte Managing Partner Dana C. Lumsden. “Our goal is to deliver preeminent legal service to our clients at all times. This relocation will enable us to continue broadening our capabilities in the region.”

Bradley’s new high-performance workplace features universal-sized offices; a conference center that provides clients and other guests with functional, private space in which to conduct business matters comfortably; and height-adjustable work surfaces. Bradley retained Edifice, Inc. for construction, Redline Design Group for architectural services and Carolina Business Interiors for furniture selections. Redline and Carolina Business Interiors maximized available natural light by leveraging the Hearst Tower’s unique architectural features. Ultimately, employee wellness, client service, and efficient use of space were the driving factors in the law firm’s new Charlotte office design.

Bradley’s Charlotte office, selected as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2015 Best Places to Work, opened in 2004 and quickly earned a reputation for exceptional client service and integrity. Bradley’s Charlotte attorneys are focused on serving the businesses and industries driving the expansion of the Charlotte market, so the firm is positioned to grow on par with the metropolitan area. The Charlotte office has deep experience in construction, financial services, banking and finance, bankruptcy and restructuring, healthcare, litigation and franchising law among its full suite of legal services.

The 46-story Hearst Tower is Charlotte's fourth tallest building and features a high-rise architectural feature that mixes horizontal bands of glass with vertical piers of stone and concrete. The building has a reverse floor plate design, which gives the tower its distinctive appearance.
