Prefer a single-family home? Cameron Creek is your community, too. Choose among home plans from M/I's Cape Cod and Charleston Alley collections, with a variety of striking exteriors. Both ranches and two-story designs are available, from 2,000 to more than 3,200 square feet, some with basements and crawl spaces. Two single-family model homes are available to tour.
