NorthMarq Capital's Cincinnati Office Arranges $2.6 Million Refinance for Kedrion Biopharma in Rock Hill, SC

Susan Branscome, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office arranged a refinance of $2,600,000 for Kedrion Biopharma, a 13,000 sq. ft. medical property located at 1843 Cherry Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 20-year term, 20-year amortization schedule and financed by Symetra Financial.KEDplasma represents the property’s major tenant.
